I had such a great experience shopping here! The service was absolutely amazing, and the team really went above and beyond to help me. A special thank you to Fifi, the manager and Channise , they were both incredibly kind and attentive. They made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable, helping me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure 🫶🫶🫶

Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. A lady with short hair was very accomodating and helpful with all my queries. One of the better portmans stores
I will never go back to Portman’s Liverpool after the way staff spoke to my granddaughter. Also, staff are just rude in general. I’ve come into store and heard them complaining saying awful things about previous customers. It’s time head office look at cameras and do something. You have lost a customer that spends a lot of money in this shop! Time for Portman’s to fire staff that don’t like their job!
