Awful customer service. Staff were rude and intrusive.
How lovely are the ladies at Portmans, Indooroopilly?! They were so caring and empathetic and helpful in sourcing the right sizes and outfits… they brought brightness to a difficult day. Thank you ladies. 💐

I recently had a shopping experience at Portmans with my little one, and unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The staff seemed unapproachable, and one of them even yelled at me for my child's minor noise. Despite finding a dress I liked, the incident left me with a negative impression, making me reconsider my purchase. Ps never shop here with your babies or toddlers!
A quick stop in today, the two lady’s on need a refresher in customer service, the dress i tried on was too big, not having a smaller size in store was fine but for a staff member to comment on my body shape as the reason for the dress to not fit is bad form! Never in my life! Will not return to this store. But still love portmans as a whole. Just do better customers have feelings -.-
