This was honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. There’s a very asian rude staff member who yells at customers as they leave the fitting rooms to return clothes—if that’s her job, she could at least do it politely. She shouted at me in front of everyone, asking if I was going to buy the item or give it back, without even waiting to see if I intended to purchase it. I had such a wonderful experience at this shop! The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and I want to give a special mention to Anna Marie. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers, but Anna Marie truly made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this shop to anyone!
I don’t want to give even 1 star to their rude and mean service today just 15mins ago. The Indian staff (straight hair, fair and short) was very rude. The store was closing in 15mins and I was in a rush to go to the register. Also, my daughter was in a pram so I wanted to sort the sizes fast. The staff was very rude. I had 2 items which was not my size so I kept it on the cloth rack near me and was in a hurry to take my clothes to the register. Unfortunately very dissatisfied with my fave brand. I was in store for over 10mins. The store manager and two others were working and talking to each other about moving stock etc. I wanted help but no one even acknowledged me I was not even half a meter away from them and still not even a smile.
Waled into the store today around 5pm. Two young girls were on the floor moving stuff around and one a bit older lady was behind the couter making transactions. I walked in and asked one of the girl to help me with the sizes. She told me to go stand in the line for the counter and ask the lady behind for it. I then asked the other girl on the floor the same thing. She looked sooooo mad at me for asking for help and told me the same thing. If you dont like to help customers why are you working in retail?
