Staff served their friends first and have fat shamed myself and others on various visits. Manager appears to set a poor standard and the girls follow in terms of service. The till area is for mean gossip about mutual acquaintances and customers

I was in there today, just browsing and found a cute short sleeve linen jacket (one size too small) I tried it on and asked Erni the store manager if they had the size up. She checked out the back and managed to find one on the racks (which I already examined). She also found the matching shorts (which I didn’t know existed) in my size! She went out of her way and was super helpful, happy and sweet. I bout the jacket!!! Thanks to her!!! So glad she was there to help me.

Visited Portmans DFO recently , disappointed in prices . Cheaper to buy online from Portmans website. Most of store had “buy 2 or more items to get 40% off” or it was FULL price .
