I often shop here but will not be anymore. A few days ago while walking past the store my paper bag from another store broke, I was struggling to hold all my shopping and watch for my 4 year old daughter. I asked the woman politely if I could have a bag (clearly she could see me struggling) and she said no. I expect more from people in customer service an especially from an older woman she had 0 empathy at all.
The staff were absolutely lovely. I purchased a brown dress there for my birthday, and as soon as I mentioned the occasion, the woman behind the counter showed genuine interest, asking me about my plans and how I was celebrating. She even went as far as advising what jewellery best compliments the dress. After purchasing the dress, rather than simply handing it over the counter, she came around to give it to me personally. The whole experience felt like a conversation with an old friend than making a purchase.
I must congratulate Tina N at your Highpoint store for an excellent customer experience. She showed exceptional customer service and was very helpful with styling advice. A true pleasure to deal with. Thank you Tina for being above and beyond and a real stand out which is so hard to find in today’s retail environments

Wish there is a way to give negative starts here. Absolutely awful customer service. The staff here couldn’t care less about the people who walk in. Customers are blatantly ignored the moment they step through the door. If offering a simple smile or greeting feels like a life- threatening task to you, then retail isn’t the right job for you people.
