I visited The Glen over the weekend and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. While there were three staff members present, only one was attending to a customer. The other two a redhaired girl and a male staff member appeared to be engaged in conversation and did not acknowledge me at any point. I was hoping to receive some assistance, but I felt ignored and overlooked. Had an awesome experience being served by the manager, Ruby. She was friendly, attentive, and down to earth. Managed to find sizing and colour options here that I couldn't find in Portmans closer to the CBD.
