It was shocking to see that the team members did not greet at all. They were just having a chat amongst themselves. Also when I was trying to find a size and they saw me struggling to get the right dress still ignored me and did not pay any attention. When I went to the billing section they still did not greet me and I had to greet them to be served. The dresses and discounts were great but the staff was hopeless.

Very busy stores due to the bargains available. Good range of products and better value compared to other outlets.

“I just have to give a massive shout-out to the amazing ladies at Portmans Essendon! While I was shopping, I started feeling a little unwell and mentioned it to Liz—she was just the sweetest. She immediately took me to the change rooms, offered me water, checked in on me, and made sure I was okay. Her kindness and care meant so much in that moment. And Alyssa was just as lovely—so patient and kind. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Your warmth and generosity didn’t go unnoticed, and I’m so grateful.”
