Individual service was all fine.. until the staff became condescending with eachother, not understanding eachother, not wanting to listen to eachother, and worst of all rolling their eyes at eachother then looking straight at me as if silently complaining, as well as giving me a shrug (clearly about their interaction) or even a shitty comment about their own coworker to me directly. Made me increeeedibly uncomfortable
I came on a busy day, but the staff were amazing. I couldn’t reach the dress I wanted to try on so they got it down for me. I then wanted to buy it in both colours (don’t judge!) but they didn’t have the size 6 in the black so they called their Queen Street store and got them to hold it for me so I could collect it later that same day (or the next day if I couldn’t get there in time). Good quality clothes with good quality service. Thanks so much ladies!
The customer service at this store is excellent. Ruth was extremely helpful and patient and was the perfect blend of helpful but not intrusive.
