I am appreciative and impressed by the high level of service and friendly vibes of Portmans at Chermside that I received this morning! Thanks for always being helpful. I’ve been there twice for important occasions and each team members were helpful, seemed to be on the same page (in-store and over the phone to other stores too when checking for sizes/availabilities) and were just consistently excellent! This occasion I was helped by Irene/Irena (sorry) and she just did things authentically and with ease. Thank you!

I was looking for shirts for work and Portmans seemed to be one of the only few places that I can get something. There was this lovely, energetic young lady who helped me and she had great advice and charisma. Thank you to her and I hope she gets a raise :)))

Individual service was all fine.. until the staff became condescending with eachother, not understanding eachother, not wanting to listen to eachother, and worst of all rolling their eyes at eachother then looking straight at me as if silently complaining, as well as giving me a shrug (clearly about their interaction) or even a shitty comment about their own coworker to me directly. Made me increeeedibly uncomfortable
