Lady who is working today 10/12/25 has been on the phone (and still is) to her manager or senior discussing staff roster/staff issues. I've been waiting in front of her at the counter for 15 minutes. She should tell the person on the phone she has customers and will call back... if it was a customer on the phone I would understand but if it's another staff member or her senior, get off the phone and call back...
the lady who was working on the 4/11, you are absolutely lovely. she was super friendly and helpful when i asked her if they had the dress i was looking for. made my day the was so sweet.
I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff member at the counter in the Portman Castle Tower branch. The middle-aged lady was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made me feel very uncomfortable. She clearly needs further training in customer service and communication. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this store.
Rude customer rep! Witnessed customer rep behaving rudely with the customer, quite disrespectful and unprofessional, will not shop here.
Walked in with no idea where to look, the lovely young lady (didn’t get her name) asked what I was looking for and came back with exactly what I needed. Customer service and care was excellent and I haven’t walked out of a store satisfied in a long time.
