My favourite portmans location due to the staff, friendly and attentive.
Katie is my angel - she was so kind and helpful during my recent visit! Turned my day around and got me exactly what I needed. THANK YOU
Call the store to check if they had a size in stock. The lady checked the computer which advised the size was in stock but she couldn’t find it on the floor and said she was too busy to go downstairs to check it and wouldn’t be able to do it until Monday, although the sale ends tomorrow so unhelpful I would’ve bought more items as well.
Just left Portmans at Carindale and had to leave a review as Katie was absolutely amazing! Her time and efforts into helping the customers is something you don’t come across often. I came in for one thing and left with 4 so her upselling skills are excellent. Thanks again Katie!
