Worst experience at Portmans Canberra Outlet Centre today. I went in to purchase three dresses. One of them was missing a belt, and the assistant offered me $15 off the original price with a substitute belt (not the original). I said I’d go and try it on. When I came to pay for the dress, two other sales assistants said they couldn’t honour the discount the first lady had offered me and could only do $10 off instead. Went in this morning in a rush to get something for work, and the lady who helped me was an absolute godsend. I believe she may have been the manager, but regardless, she was amazing. Thank you!!!!

As someone who struggles with social anxiety and crowded places, she made my shopping experience a breeze. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with an outfit I LOVE, she brought different items to the change room for me and made me feel so confident. 100% will be back.
