I recently visited Portmans and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members. The younger lady on the team was quite rude and came across as unfriendly, which made the shopping experience uncomfortable. Customer service plays a big role in retail, and her attitude did not reflect the welcoming environment I expect when visiting the store. My daughter and I went into Portmans Canberra Outlet today to shop for both her and her sister. All the staff were so helpful. They were helping with sizing and colours, having to find what we needed out back and in store. Also chasing pants in other store for us. Manager Andrew, Jazz and Flori, all of you took customer service to another level. Thank you all.

I visited Portmans today and had such a wonderful experience thanks to one of the sales assistant named Laura. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. When I misplaced my phone, she went out of her way to help me find it, all while patiently calming my crying child. Despite the chaos, she still helped me choose some lovely outfits and made the whole shopping experience stress-free. Worst experience at Portmans Canberra Outlet Centre today. I went in to purchase three dresses. One of them was missing a belt, and the assistant offered me $15 off the original price with a substitute belt (not the original). I said I’d go and try it on. When I came to pay for the dress, two other sales assistants said they couldn’t honour the discount the first lady had offered me and could only do $10 off instead.
