Kimiko served us on our visit to this store. I had such an amazing experience visiting this Portmans store Birke head. She was so amazing greeting everyone entering the store and checking every customer is being served. It's been a while that I had such an amazing shopping experience just because someone with exceptional skills served us.

Amazing selection, i was served by Joanne, she hellped me a lot, there was another very rude custome abusing the staff during our visit and i think the staff did very well under the circumstances, i dont know why people abuse retail staff so much these days.
My wife visited the Portmans in Birkenhead today. She came home in one of the best moods after having a terrible week. She told me that we had to write a review thanking Jo & Gracie for their wonderful customer service and assistance in store today. My wife was particularly impressed with the service she received in the change room as these ladies offered many styles and colours & variety to choose from. Very poor experience from start to finish. The store was meant to open at 10:00, but the staff with the key didn’t arrive until after 10:10. Despite customers waiting outside, there was no apology or sense of urgency and told to wait while they got ready. While I waited, another customer arrived and was served first, even though I had been standing there the whole time. No acknowledgment, no courtesy.
