Kimiko served us on our visit to this store. I had such an amazing experience visiting this Portmans store Birke head. She was so amazing greeting everyone entering the store and checking every customer is being served. It's been a while that I had such an amazing shopping experience just because someone with exceptional skills served us.

Amazing selection, i was served by Joanne, she hellped me a lot, there was another very rude custome abusing the staff during our visit and i think the staff did very well under the circumstances, i dont know why people abuse retail staff so much these days.
