Went into this store to find an outfit for a funeral. The lady working there went above and beyond in helping me choose an appropriate outfit. It was a difficult time for me she showed great compassion and helped me find the perfect outfit. Highly recommend the customer service and the quality of the clothing.
Every time I visit this store, I leave feeling happy. Whether I'm buying something or returning/exchanging an item, the staff are always so nice and accommodating. I usually shop online, but the customer service at this store is phenomenal.
Senior staff on Sunday afternoon (22/09/24) was quite rude as she loved shop carpet more than respecting a lil kid eating cheese stick. She said "your son just made a mess on the carpet". P.S. I cleaned the cheese crumbs myself.
I went to the Belconen store on last Sunday and the amazing girl who work there call Lilly was amazing, it was almost the time to close but she never hesitate to help me to find the size. I want to say from overall experience Lilly is above and beyond with her customer service. I think the company should look after for people like Lilly because they bring such a positive image to the company. Good job Lilly ❤️ you are the best ❤️
I was served by 2 Amazing Sales staff today. Maybe 30 minutes ago. 10 out of 5 stars for Customer service. I had a bad day yesterday and they made my retail therapy a much Enjoyable one today. 🙂
