Roberta was a breath of fresh air in a less than pleasant day. Witty, helpful, beaming smile, courteous, NOT pushy, engaging, authentic, with an uplifting chuckle. The sound of her laughter in the store was a joy in these challenging times when so many are experiencing despair . Visited Portmans Albury with my 86 year old mother who was looking for a outfit for wedding. We where greeted by all three Portman employees with a welcoming smile and goodmorning. Maria was so helpful and caring. Showing us a choice of outfits which where all very suitable. Thankyou Maria. Outstanding service.
Absolutely atrocious service. Staff member was rude and condescending. A shop I will never set foot in again.
