Kind and helpful staff, great skirts and dresses
Visited Portmans on 4 September 2026 and had a lovely experience thanks to Josie and Isla( sorry if got wrong ) . Josie greeted me with a huge smile and was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Isla had also assisted me over the phone during my previous visit and was equally helpful today, from finding sizes to checkout. Unfortunately, Kylie’s attitude was disappointing. Short older woman who works in the store bashed past me to go to a clothing rack. No apology, just felt she could treat customers however she likes (rudely). Clearly has some insecurities she needs to deal with, I'd suggest she seek help outside of her work environment.
Great service and friendly staff. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the names of the two ladies who helped me find the right size and a nice pair of pants for work. They were very helpful and made the experience easy. Highly recommended!
