I was served by Heather today and she was an absolute gem! Her customer service was just overall warm and friendly and it was so lovely to be served by someone who didn't feel fake or try to push for KPI sales.
Joanne at the store was absolutely phenomenal. She was patient, attentive, and provided outstanding customer service. It’s clear she truly loves her job, and she makes the customer feel comfortable throughout the experience. Joanne turned what could have been a simple shopping trip into a genuinely enjoyable one. She’s a real asset to the team!
The staff (specifically Alisa) need an urgent refresh on customer service. I came to make a return, and was met with absolutely no manners or common decency. Obviously returns are no fun for a salesperson, but that's no excuse to treat customers with no respect or to walk away when you're in the middle of talking to them. Short, snappy, and just plain rude responses are no way to keep customers.
Rude staff, the lady with the bob cut hairstyle didn’t seem happy to answer my questions. Probably not happy with my skin colour
