My mother is wheelchair bound. I (her son) grant her the dignity to try on clothes at home We had no difficulties exchanging sizes even though they were clearance. (Manager recognised me even without my Mum) 10 outta 10

Today we went to the Harbour Town store. The Lady was not much help at all. Very cold to other customers made us feel very uncomfortable being there. Not sure why she was so upset, but her energy was not very positive at all.
I had a very disappointing experience at this store today. During our visit, my 4-year-old child accidentally spilled a drink. Instead of responding with understanding or professionalism, a staff member (an older woman) threw a roll of paper towards me and said, “I’m not doing that, you have to do it.” Her tone was dismissive and rude, showing no courtesy or respect. If children are seen as such a burden, perhaps the store should clearly state that families with kids aren’t welcome, rather than treating us poorly. This kind ... read more
