Rude customer service Lady on her phone to her friends not acknowledging customers. Not helping
Terrible service. The middle aged, short hair blonde lady working on Sunday morning really has no idea what is good customer service. Followed us all around the store but did not help us with what we wanted and was just extremely rude with terrible attitude and expressions. I went in with the idea of buying many items but left without a single one, purely because of her attitude.
I was at the Epping outlet this morning after wanting to try a $200 dress I saw online. There were two sales staff chatting at the counter. They ignored me and continued talking while I browsed and tried on the dress. I wanted a size down and came out of dressing room and one staff member walked right past me ignoring me and the other one near the counter continued to act like I was invisible. Stood in the store for 30 minutes awaiting assistance. 2 staff members, only one other customer. Completely ignored. Put the clothes back on the racks and walked out.
