My wife purchased a beautiful blouse this morning. unfortunately, the older assistant, Sue, was rude and abrupt, from the time she walked in, to the time she left. They Should Not be dealing with the public, if they have this attitude!!
Very rude customer service from the old lady with the Grey Bob. I was going to spend alot there but when browsing she would come right over to where I was and correct the hangers and loudly huff and sigh MULTIPLE TIMES. Didn't greet me or offer assistance, I felt so unwelcome and upset that I put the clothes back and left. Absolutely Appauling
I have just experienced such wonderful customer service at this store. I would really like to give a big shout out to Sue that held denim skirt for me and then actually steamed it for me to wear really appreciated it such great great customer Service .
