Michelle was incredible! I was pretty overwhelmed trying to find a good blazer and pant combination. She listened to my requirements, provided me with plenty of options and made adjustments when I wasn't sure what I needed. Her feedback was helpful and honest and I felt like I could trust her opinion well. I ended up purchasing an undershirt and a pair of earrings as well on her recommendation and am so glad that I did! It's such a shame that good service stands out but I was impressed with Portmans Chadstone. I was helped by Mindala (hope the name is spelt correctly) who took that extra step in post purchase service. Amazing.
I went to Portmans in Chadstone this morning feeling overwhelmed as i had to essentially get a new wardrobe for my new job and Shehana was SO extremely helpful- finding and swapping sizes for me as well as giving me styling advice. She made my experience there calm and seamless! That was my first time shopping at Portmans. I bought two skirts and two tops as they had great sales on. I will be going back for sure.!
