These guys are terrible. They show up 40 minutes late in freezing weather and act like it's no big deal. Don't expect them to care about your child or the safety of your child. When there is an issue, they will blame you before ever taking responsibility. When the busses were ran by the school, we never had these problems. Now it's nothing but problem after problem every year. The staff are rude and dismissive of any complaint or concern. They have changed the bus times on us 5 or more times and never notified us once, even ... read more
