I was helping an elderly family member and we needed several documents as well as notaries on the documents. Clarissa assisted us to make an urgent appointment and was so professional and helpful- she gave us information that saved us time and money. Ellen came to our family’s home and did an amazing job. We are so grateful for this amazing service and will use Portland Mobile Notary again.
Today I met Judith due to an inconvenience and though I understand her frustration I don’t feel it excuses how you treat people. Especially those who are trying to help get through the issue. She is mean and harsh, wouldn’t listen and very hostile. Rather than take my help she was combative and a snob. She left her card so I can contact her with some resolutions but she hung up on me.
