RecommendedI absolutely would recommend the belt! Joining portion controllers has helped me not just physically but mentally, the employees made me feel like i was apart of something great (which i am). They always encouraged me to continue to be healthy, not only by words but by giving new recipes and suggestions to help do better on the next week. I learned that weight loss is a journey. Truth is sometimes you will have your weak moments but they are there to continue to give motivation and help get you to your goal.
I am so happy I decided to do Portion Controller. It took me a long time to take the big step but after trying so many diets and even making an appointment years ago with Portion Controller and canceling it I keep it this time.
