They mishandled my sister's business filing, applied deductions where they shouldn't, told she was receiving a refund, it never came, off course the system caught the error and determined my sister had to pay but I was never notified until a FINAL notice showed in the mailbox. Called for an explanation but secretary seemed to belief she's an accountant, when confronted she comes out saying she's just the messenger and told my sister to call another day to talk to Portillo, left voicemail and it's almost Christmas and s... read more
