Was really looking forward to this but I was met with great disappointment. My skin concerns and goals were hardly discussed and sort of just brushed over. I was told I’d be given some quotes and info on what procedures would suit my skin goals…. I have not heard back at all. I received some Tretinoin which was good. But honestly an absolute waste of a $300 consult. My GP could have provided me with the exact same prescription and if not better information unfortunately.
First consult with Dr Portia Miller was incredible, first time I've felt seen and heard about my concerns. She showed empathy and kindness throughout the appointment and guided me through the best options. So grateful
I had a great experience here. Off-street parking available, friendly staff at reception and a helpful consultation with Dr Dallas Gramp. I found booking to be easy and pre-appointment communication great. I travelled 1.5hrs one way for the appointment and left feeling heard.
Never in a million years did I think I would be someone to leave a negative review, but I would hate for somebody else to have the same experience. My derm was dismissive when she was informed by the nurses (twice) the steroid cream she prescribed me sent me into a major flare up. Was told "we can't help you" within 10 min of coming into the room. Still had to pay 320 dollars. Go somewhere else.
