Awful awful awful awful awful awful experience here. Left in tears. Do not recommend.
Was an awful experience. Was rushed and talked over, and not listened to properly. She wouldn’t listen to me explain the condition or treatment history, and walked out on me at the end. She was also 20 mins late to start. Made a diagnoses then changed it part way through, leaving me unsure what her actual diagnosis was in the end. Such an awful experience that I had to wait 3 months for. Not to mention a waste of money and time since nothing changed from what GP does with me already. In my experience, Dr Dallas Gramp had limited knowledge of the cause of my issue and had very little desire to get the the root of the problem. On more than one occasion asked me ‘what do you think?’. Her band-aid solution was to just keep me on a low dose of a medication (previously prescribed by another dermatologist) for the rest of my life and then extort me $300 twice a year to keep renewing the prescription. Beware, these rooms are just a money printing factory.
I have been seeing Dr Portia for about 4 years now. Have always been pleased with her diagnosis and service.
