The escrow agent, Renee Mills, was never there to answer calls /questions. The company provided wrong instructions for closing and would not admit it so that expenses and lost time resulted. Then instead of resolving issues, they blamed all others to make themselves look good instead of moving forward and getting the closing finalized. I have closed on a dozen properties throughout the United States and this was the absolute worst experience.
I had a dental Broker who was absolutely terrible! One a scale of 1-5 stars, she gets minus 2. Along comes Lisa Evans <lisa.evans@portfolioescrow.com>, and she gets the entire escrow closed and paid in about 12 days. Understand the Broker for my dental practice is a dentist, lawyer and broker...jack of all trades, master of none! I would not recommend her to my worst enemy in the dental field.
