Bought an ottoman for 715.00 ( overpriced ) it was delivered without me being present so I didn’t get a chance to look it over . Well that was April 26, 2025 but today May 8 , 2025 I had something being delivered and the ottoman had to be tilted on the side and I noticed a black spot at the very bottom that I didn’t see when I got it . I live alone and have no pets so no one could have made that mark . I called the store and I talked to the lady and she said that someone would come out and clean it for me . Pros, Quality products. Delivery team were quick and easy set up. Cons, they pushed back the "estimated" delivery day 2 or 3 times. They delivered my ottoman with stripped screw holes for the lids hinges, plus the hinge was bent. I contacted that I just noticed it bc we didn't use it right away, I fixed it best I could and they did not offer any assistants, discounts or advice. They just said they'll do better next time... glad I could help
Gary at Porter’s has been helpful to my family on several occasions when we’ve needed flooring. The customer service is outstanding and they are prompt at getting the materials as well. Highly recommend.
