I honestly wish I had never signed with them. I’m seriously considering paying the early termination penalty just to get out of this contract. They don’t offer same-day payments, and they won’t pay unless the broker is on their approved list. Everything is extremely slow. I’ve been in the trucking industry for 13 years, and I’ve never experienced anything this frustrating.
These people will hinder your company from growing. I have dealt with several factoring companies in my 25 years of experience. Porter will literally tell you that you can only factor a certain amount per truck. Please do your homework before you factor with these companies before signing,they control your company with that UCC filing. They want 90 day notice before you can do something different. Factoring companies are willing to buy you out of these type of contracts......
I have used Porter for two years and have been completely satisfied. My original rep Caroline, calls to check in and ensure I am still being taken care of. My current rep Gail is also quick to respond with answers to questions I have. The accounting department is always helpful when I need help with questions and advice on brokers. I am about to get their fuel card, so no input on that as of yet. I would highly recommend Porter to anyone.

I've been using Porter Billing for nearly three years. Their updated platform is awesome. I like everything about the update. My account manager Chasity is great, she responds very timely which helps my short patience.
