Great location but let down by the food...small servings for price...and waited 90 mins for food after ordering...but waiting staff good

We visited this spot for lunch today with my husband and our little daughter. Upon arrival, we found a table, but unfortunately it hadn’t been cleared—plates from the previous guests were still there. We politely asked two staff members to clean it, but no one came, so we eventually moved to another table. Thankfully, someone did come to clear that one. After placing our order, we waited over 50 minutes for the food to arrive. By then, our daughter had grown restless and was ready to leave. My husband managed to eat his meal... read more

We have been going to the Port pub on a regular basis since its renovations. All I can say it’s slowly going backwards in relation to service and food. Very disappointing noting it started out so well and would not recommend it to friends anymore which is a shame noting the location is so great.

So far so bad. Hardly any staff to be seen in the restaurant on a long weekend. Having to order from an extremely limited menu on an app and told it’s a 40 minute wait time. Not sure if this is new management but the service is lacking and food choices have deteriorated massively since I was here a few months ago. Let’s see what arrives at the table in 40 minutes.
