They always take very good care of me! They make you feel almost like family rather than just another customer. If you want to be treated better than the Big chain Banks this is the place to go.
People need to be trained better on your available Apps and online banking.
Absolute horrendous customer service and non-existent communication between branches. Handled issues of fraud on my card terribly, kept me locked out of the lobby for 30 minutes despite being seen by employees and google saying they open at 8, and the branches communicated nothing between each other involving issuing me a new card.
