Absolute horrendous customer service and non-existent communication between branches. Handled issues of fraud on my card terribly, kept me locked out of the lobby for 30 minutes despite being seen by employees and google saying they open at 8, and the branches communicated nothing between each other involving issuing me a new card. Only been here once and after talking to the two ladies in the front most definitely won't be coming back again.
I opened an account this week and let the banker know I'd be using it solely online with ACH transactions. I opened it with a local personal check and asked if any funds would be held and the banker assured me they don't have any holds. Two days later they called and let us know they would be freezing the account for 2 weeks. I asked why and they said there's no guarantee that the funds wouldn't be recalled.
