INCOMPETENT. I received a check from the Portage County Common Pleas Court and their banking institution is Portage Community Bank. Being that this is the banking institution that endorsed the check, I took it there to cash and provided all necessary documentation, which included and supported a previous name change. The teller, then proceeded to tell me I would need to change my ID to my previous name, which is no longer my legal name, which is absolutely incorrect and fraudulent.
