I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Jeff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and had that rare old-school integrity you just don’t see much anymore. He took the time to explain everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work, and treated me with genuine respect. It’s refreshing to do business with someone who values honesty, quality, and good manners. Highly recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy and dependable service!
Great little repair shop. Fair prices, honest work and opinions. They won't try to upsell you or sugar coat the diagnosis. I am always grateful for their work and it's the first shop I call when I need to get service work done on my vehicles.
I had to find a repair shop because where I was taking my cars for20 years retired. I thankfully found Portage Auto repair- they are honest- efficient , very knowledgeable and affordable. I recommend this place to have car repairs done. This is where I will bring my cars from now on.
