Ive ridden with PARTA alot over the years, and have seen many passengers really mistreat drivers. Ive picked up on nothing actually happens about this. I have alot of respect for the drivers

On two different occasions, I've been yelled at by bus drivers. My only response to both drivers was, "Please don't yell at me." I Reported both incidents to someone named Kylie in customer relations. I explained in detail what happened. I included photos of the time and the bus routes that I took right after the incidents. I explained what happened and added the photos as attachments. After writing back to her approximately 2 weeks later, she said that they would not download any PDFs. Therefore, no investigation. In one 2 hour period, all buses were off the schedule with two right behind the other, go to a bus stop all the way to student center bus goes around after 20 minutes and has battery compartment issues. Next bus won’t be till 27 so walk to rec center wait 45 minutes!!! Because the buses are full and end up walking to DIX stadium being late to work.
