I popped in to discuss options for switching to boiler heat on my farm. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, even though I'm not yet a customer. I have researched boilers and have used them for over 40 years. the best by far is Portage and Main. With the fire brick lined in the bottom the boiler to stop sweating is a great innovation. Simple and almost bullet proof. The exhaust air flow I believe increases the heat recovery by at least 30% more than other boilers. Over all it is simple to use and make to last a life time. My next wood boiler will most definitely be a Portage and Main. I am building a new shop and will be ordering mine soon.
