Ronan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He gave great exercises to do and sent helpful guides to ensure they were completed accurately which have been very useful. Would definitely recommend.
Having back problems for years and trying everything I rang ronan has a last hope. Wish i would of went to him years ago. Two sessions in and I feel like a new person, after the first session i already felt a big difference. Highly recommend him.
Recently had to visit Ronan for a pain in back and neck. After first consultation and having everything explained to me regarding what was going on, and observing my movements, Ronan gave me some exercises to perform to help aid recovery, he also ensured I was performing them correctly. Went to Ronan after having tried physio and chiropractor for chest/back muscle pain over past three years. Have only had two appointments and he has really corrected the issue and more importantly given me long term strategies to resolve my pain myself. Really nice person to deal with and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend if you are looking for understanding of issues and long term strategies to improve.
