I was called into the factory to repair their stamping machine. After I diagnosed the problem the foreman said I was most likely to be asked to carry on the repair so I explained what was the procedure and how it was to be done. His demeanour changed. It was no longer required for me to discuss the price to the owner and he said he would talk to him instead. Crickets. Excellent contruction, easy build for our church to divide/screen off a back hall. Pleased to report that the build went extremely smoothly, with your build/construction team having done a great job with everything perfectly in place for a easy assembly, with all bolts supplied which aligned perfectly.
From initial enquiries and quote then a hiatus due to a change in club priorities of over a year then re-establishing contact and receiving the same courteous service and prompt acceptance of order and delivery to Tasmania within a 2 week turnaround. Couldn't be happier.
I was able to have a conversation with a person on the phone. They answered all of my questions. The line of communication was open during the purchase and delivery process and the product arrived when they said as they said it would. Great service.
