Poor communication. I received a faulty divider and had to chase them to arrange a refund. Now I have been calling them and emailing them asking when are they planning to pick up the faulty divider. I have been dealing with them since October 2025. I received the order after 2months. They should not do business outside Australia if they can't communicate. So unprofessional.

Great start to the service then it all went bad once we needed repairs. Tried calling from multiple numbers only to be ignored.

I was called into the factory to repair their stamping machine. After I diagnosed the problem the foreman said I was most likely to be asked to carry on the repair so I explained what was the procedure and how it was to be done. His demeanour changed. It was no longer required for me to discuss the price to the owner and he said he would talk to him instead. Crickets.
