I value their experience with working with Minn Kota. I just ordered a new trolling motor and I am confident that they are the best business to do the install!
So I am on the water at daylight, and the fish are chasing bait all over the top. I am all up in these 3lb-4lb largemouth. All of a sudden the trolling motor stops running....dead as a door nail. After about an hour of getting blown off the school and motoring back, I finally gave up and loaded the boat. Great service!! I called on Monday and a new transducer arrived in Gaffney before lunch on Tuesday....
I called portronics and order a new 72" Minkota riptide ST trolling motor. About 4 days later I get a call from portronics saying that my trolling motor came in but it was damaged during delivery so they were going to send it back out and get me a new one. A week goes by and I haven't heard anything about my order so I called portronics and they told me that it just came in. I have called 2 different times and asked for a part by part number thinking this would be the easiest way to know if you have it or not and have never been talked to so rude in my life. The first time I thought the person could have been having a bad day but 3 months later I see thats just the way he talks to people trying to spend money at his establishment.
