I bought a leather lounge and within a few months the leather started to deteriate. After a long fight it was finally repaired but was told the headrest will be replaced. It never was . Now it is breaking down in other places. Be very careful buying leather lounges as I was told by the repair man the leather is cheap and won't last. Very disappointed.
Maayan was great. She was super helpful & lovely to deal with.
I bought a bed frame and was told if I change my mind before they deliver the bed there will be no returns or refunds. So one day before they delivered the bed I changed my mind as it was only for a spare room. So I was told because they pulled the bed down I was charged $80. I have bought $2500 lounge suite from them and other items this will be my last purchase form furniture one.
