I believe 1st impressions says a lot. We called to make an appointment with *** to try out the salt cave for the first time. Initially we were received with the worst display of customer service you can possibly imagine. There was attitude being given, condescending tone and it was all due to asking harmless questions such as what are the benefits in which she snarked and mentioned what wasnt clear from the website?.
