Our mother has been a resident at Port Perry Place for 2 months now. She is a very challenging case to say the least. The staff made her feel welcome from the moment she arrived, and have continued to provide phenomenal care. Not only for mom, but also helping our family navigate all the feelings that come along with watching dementia takes it course. A huge thank you to all. You are truly appreciated!
Five stars to the PSW's who cared about my mom, such as H, G and others. We thank you for your kind words and sympathy when gathering my mom's belongings. Much respect. In terms of transparency, honesty and accountability from the top, advocate for those you love. Never got a call/e-mail/condolence, never got a call of concern when hospitalized, and there are many more examples. We need to do better for our elders.
