I have to transfer an old car into my name after my uncle died. I went in to do that and for some reason they couldn’t find the vehicle in the system despite having the original title with me.. The lady didn’t want to charge me the fee for a new title so she asked if I had anything else about the car. So I left to see if we had any other paperwork and we did not. This is my 3rd review they keep being deleted. The lady in the back with tattoos was very rude and gruff. Feel free to reach out for more details. We will never go back! It has happened on 2 different occasions
