First experience and it was not a pleasant one. I left my number and information several times for a nurse and/or doctor to call me back (I am not in the area) regarding my mother's care. I never received one phone call back. One day my mother called me crying that she was in so much pain, again tried to speak to someone and only did because they came into room and mom handed phone to them. When you get a phone call from your parent and they are crying because of the treatment or lack of treatment there is no choice but 1 star. Understaffed. All the employees I encountered seem to be tired and overworked.

Although there are exceptions to this, my father's experience with the nursing staff is not a pleasant one. He is there for rehab and is in his 60's so not elderly, no loss of memory or thinking skills whatsoever. He is an engineer so is very intellegent. They not only offered him but argued with him to take medication that was not his. He knew what meds he was to take and they brought an additional pill that he should not be taking nor was he prescribed.
