We recently had a closing on which our seller/buyer used Greg and him team to make the purchase. We tried to get both deals done on the same day but ran into major problems on the sell side. We spent a lot of time over the holidays trying to get both deals done and the one thing that did not cause any issues was the financing on the buy side.
