Only 1 star, because the system won't process without checking at least 1. Nice enough staff; however, nice doesn't equal qualified. Unless you have something VERY simple and/or you are not an elderly person, please just drive the extra 30 miles to Victoria. My grandmother had multiple setbacks while staying in this facility. Without a doubt, these setbacks could have been prevented, had she been in a skilled nursing facility that had adequately trained personnel. After 2 months, we took her out of this facility.
