These ladies provide exceptional service. I have referred others to them and will continue to do so. I am so glad I found them. Hearing aids are a nuisance but not hearing is unhealthy and isolating.

I had my hearing tested a number of years ago at that time I chose to wait getting my hearing aids. I just received my hearing aids today after another set of testing and I decided to go ahead with aids. The staff was great made me feel comfortable. The testing and fittings went well and everything explained in great detail. The office staff took over the tasks of applying for the government and my insures paperwork. I really appreciated this. I have been a client of Port Elgin Audiology for over 3 years. Having a local certified audiologist (Reeti) as part of the team is a major plus in my opinion. She and Lindsey are on top of the latest technology improvements of several hearing aid brands. This gives me confidence that the hearing aid I select at the end of the between-brands testing will be as good as I can get......anywhere.
