I have been a client of Port Elgin Audiology for over 3 years. Having a local certified audiologist (Reeti) as part of the team is a major plus in my opinion. She and Lindsey are on top of the latest technology improvements of several hearing aid brands. This gives me confidence that the hearing aid I select at the end of the between-brands testing will be as good as I can get......anywhere.
The staff are extremely knowledgeable, explain all details and are very reassuring. Technically, they "calibrated" my hearing aids for top hearing, showed the app and all aspects.
Lindsay and Reeti are excellent. They are very friendly and professional.
Just received my new hearing aids. Great staff very knowledgeable and professional. Testing superb state of the art. Thoroughly explained hearing loss and set up of new device's . Great crew at Port Elgin Audiology. Highly recommend
