An amazing journey into self awareness. Practical guidance to manage stress and help deal with life's ups and downs. Highly recommended.
What a great experience! I went with an open mind , and left feeling I have the tools to continue the great work I have done . Trusting is easy when Sonia is guiding the session . Can’t say how much this has given me the positive perspective to carry on to a new and improved future .
Sonia, was excellent at guiding me through the process and having me meet my goals. She is a great listener and I would highly recommend her.
Working with Sonia has been a life changing experience. She taught me how to quiet the noise in my head and choose better ways of reacting to the people I love. Sonia’s years of experience really shine through in her work - she doesn’t just listen, she equips you. I now have a “back-pocket” full of tools that help me stay grounded when things get tough. If you’re looking for lasting, positive change in your life - I strongly recommend working with Sonia.
