I would be able to give a review if I could actually reach someone. Customer service only open during banking hours, and when I was finally able to get off early enough to be able to call before 4:30, I was sent to voicemail because the lady wasn’t at her desk (at 4pm). And the reason we’re having to call at all is because the first person I spoke to said that we need to drive from Virginia back to Ohio to report a death, which is ridiculous.
