Having purchased a Taycan from here, I’ve had multiple visits to this garage. More often than not I’ve been quite underwhelmed if I’m honest. However, had the most expensive first service I’ve ever paid for today, and while it stung, the service and professionalism I received from Kate on service was excellent.
I normally give this branch 5 stars. But a couple of times ive been now & both disabled parking spaces are taken up by cars that have numbers etc., in the windows. These are not customers cars. They are cars parked there by staff. Either the service department, or sales department. Other spaces available, so why take the only two disabled spaces on that car park. ?
Loved thier customer service even thought i just wanted to see there cars even offered a coffee and drinks amazing people and one day I will buy a car from them
My Porsche Boxster 718 went into Porsche centre Bolton bask in may for its MOT and to investigate an issue with my rear spoiler, I found them very helpful, friendly and accommodating, I’ve been going to the Bolton branch for a while now and I would highly recommend them, you’re always kept informed on the status of the vehicle and the work is always of a very high standard, special thanks to Brad and Alice who were absolutely brilliant!
