Don't listen to any of the bad reviews on any platform. Here or Google or anywhere. I used Kurt Nierman and EVERYTIME I emailed or called I got a response within 20 minutes. He doesn't sugar coat anything and tell you what you want to hear. He's straight up nothing but the truth. He cares about his clients and their needs. Excellent lawyer. If you use another attorney and get a chance to use him too you'll see a difference like night and day.
Please stay far away from this firm and not waste your time. Today marks a year and a half of this firm representing my fathers workman's comp case with absolutely no results, no communication throughout the entire process as my family was left completely in the dark! I had to threaten to seek another attorney for Michelle Porro to even acknowledge my emails.
