I had a Milwaukee Box Ratchet repaired under warrantee. Dropped it off a few days after Christmas. It was ready for pickup March 27th. I picked it up a week later. The tool looked new when I dropped it off, I used it twice in a clean environment. It looks well used now. Dirty, greasy, grime in the moving parts and damage to the battery LED display. I’m not impressed!
Extremely unprofessional company. The hours of operation are "whenever they feel like showing up". The business confirmed they are open 8am to 4pm weekdays, yet they weren't there past 9:15am when dropping off and were already gone at 3:00pm when picking up. The company accepted a warranty repair job, I called to confirm they do this warranty work. Great service with a quick Ryobi snowblower repair. I also learned what they do there for my future industrial projects.
They repaired my Ryobi lawn mower and no charge. I like free.
Ken was a kind man but I mostly dealt with Aaron regarding parts for a pressure washer. The man was incredibly patient with me and went over and beyond to ensure he was getting me the correct piece(s). I appreciate your business
