I have been a long time customer of Porcelanosa and continue to find their product far outshining the competition. They always introduce new products and my clients are very happy with the results. . Ileana helped me in the west palm beach showroom and she was fantastic, making great suggestions and giving me her direct number to contact her if I had any questions. I will continue to use Porcelanosa for all my projects.
This is the worst design store in West Palm Beach, horrible customer service and no follow up call - over priced and bad service don't waste your time
Awful customer service. I saw the other reviews about them closing early without notice so I called before I drove 30 min to the store. The man over the phone ensured me that they would be open until 5pm. I arrived at 3:45pm on July 12th and there was no one there. I knocked on the door and stood outside for 10 minutes before giving up. This is inexcusable.
3pm on a Monday. Store is closed no one is here during work hours. Called store, no answer
