Awful customer service. I saw the other reviews about them closing early without notice so I called before I drove 30 min to the store. The man over the phone ensured me that they would be open until 5pm. I arrived at 3:45pm on July 12th and there was no one there. I knocked on the door and stood outside for 10 minutes before giving up. This is inexcusable.
3pm on a Monday. Store is closed no one is here during work hours. Called store, no answer
Excellent selection of ceramic tiles and natural stone. I recently renovated bathroom and kitchen and couldn't be more pleased with my new wall and floor tiles. Savannah was great in helping us find the perfect tile and very professional. Highly recommend!
Porcelanosa makes beautiful products. As a design professional, it is a pleasure to be able to offer clients products that are of this quality. But doing business with the company varies from franchise to franchise. Dealing with this one went from ordinary to a bad faith experience. Without getting into extraordinary detail, I will simply say that communications and follow up were inconsistent and the manager/store owner was ultimately not much better at a moment in time when delivery was critical.. Don't waste your time, waiting for expensive kitchen quote for two weeks and doesn't seems they care for a customer. No quote ,no answers , no communication.
